Phil was a real smart guy, too smart perhaps, he was a geologist, an engineer, and a tunnel expert who engineered built many of the underground bases for the US Military. He started talking in 95 and was dead by 96. I guess he had something important to say and needed to be silenced, Quickly!

But he wasn't silenced completely because someone had the foresight to hit the record button during his last lecture in Vegas, so dead men do tell tales and we have it for you here. Sound quality is pretty good.
